Pam Bercutt, PT, DPT, CLT, Certified DN

Dr. Bercutt is a proud mother of two wonderful boys and has lived in the West University and Bellaire area for over 25 years. She received her Masters in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 1995 and her Doctorate in 2010. Pam is passionate about helping people achieve their best health and lifestyle potential! She has helped hundreds of women achieve pain-free pregnancies and regain post postpartum health. She loves helping young athletes return to play, stronger and faster. She has helped our aging folks get on with life of play with their partners, children and grandchildren. Pam has proven therapies to get you out of your pain and back to your life!

 

Opening this clinic is a collaborative effort and would not have happened without the love and support of her family,  friends,  colleagues, and mentors.

Kaitlin McCaleb, PT, DPT

Dr. McCaleb is a proud Texas A&M alum and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of St. Augustine.  Kaitlin complete her Orthopedic Residency Program through IAR.  Dr. McCaleb enjoys working with our athletes for injury rehabilitation as well as the weekend warrior.  Dr. McCaleb has taken many post graduate courses in Pelvic Health and works with Male and female pelvic health diagnoses.

Kaitlin is a native Houstonian residing in West University/Bellaire area for over 25 years. She is a proud mother to a white lab named Sadie and enjoys boxing in her spare time. There is always a smile on her face and if you hear someone giggling in the background, there's a good chance it's her.

Rachel Deal, PT, DPT

Dr. Deal is a Washington, DC native where she attended The George Washington University for her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, return to sport training, and has completed courses in pelvic health therapy. Rachel has recently moved to Houston, and is loving the warm weather and amazing food. Be sure to give this East-coaster your best Texas recommendations when you see her!

Jessica Cisneros, PTA, BBA, CLT

Jessica was born and raised in north Houston and has always had a passion for helping people. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a marketing degree, she joined the Peace Corps as an education volunteer. While in Namibia, Africa, Jessica was introduced to physical therapy for the first time and found a new direction for her professional life. Upon returning to the states, she pursued a degree to be a Physical Therapist Assistant. She is excited to be working with people to achieve their goals in order to maintain and sustain a healthy and productive lifestyle. Her specialties include pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum, and dry needling.

Lidiia Trujillo, PTA, B. Ed.

Lidiia is originally from Eastern Europe and worked as an elementary teacher until she decided to pursue the "American dream" and come to the United States. She initially  landed in Boston then made her way through Virginia to finally settle in Texas. She worked as a Project Coordinator in the Oil and Gas industry before switching gears towards healthcare. After two years working as PT tech, she pursued a degree to be a Physical Therapy Assistant.  She is certified in locomotive training with bodyweight support, which is associated with the Neuro Recovery Network. Lidiia is fluent in Russian and Ukranian with basic knowledge of German and Spanish.

Haygan Checkosky, PTA, BA

Haygan is a compassionate trilingual therapist who enjoys helping patients reach their goals of recovery and lifelong health.  Haygan works primarily with pelvic health and orthopedic patients and loves the sports recovery aspect of physical therapy for the youth and mature athlete.  Haygan is a certified Tai Chi instructor for rehabilitation and may be adding a class to her patient load as well at BPT!  Haygan volunteers for the Houston Aphasia Recovery Center and likes to hike, read, take photographs, yoga and spending time with her family and dogs.  Haygan is professionally fluent in Armenian, Arabic and English.

Anali Alanis, PTA

Anali Alanis, PTA is originally from Brazil where she graduated from a physical therapy program and received her International Doctor of Physical Therapy credentials. She has worked in the field of physical therapy, specializing in Pilates™ and core strengthening, for over a decade. In order to practice in the United States, she took English courses and received her physical therapy assistant license this year. Anali is fluent in Portuguese with a working knowledge of Italian and Spanish.

As a Certified Pilates Instructor, Anali offers after hour one on one pilates instruction on the reformer and mat/magic circle work.

Dena Magelssen, CPFT, BA

Dena has loved fitness for as long as she can remember. For the past 15 years Dena has been sharing her love of fitness through teaching. Dena was an instructor of Pearland Fit, a marathon training group, and she taught the ATP (advanced training program). In addition, she has taught kickboxing, bootcamp, bodypump, seniors, special needs, circuit and ball classes. A little over 8 years ago Dena became a certified Personal trainer through AFAA, and she loves working with her clients. In her free time Dena enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her husband, her two kids, and the rest of her family.

Roxana Valencia, LMT

Roxana has been practicing massage therapy for a decade. She is experienced with Swedish, Deep tissue, Reflexology, Prenatal, Lymphatic, Myofascial Release, Body stretching, Range of motion, Massage Cupping, Gua Sha, and Acupressure massage. Roxana is bilingual and is currently in school studying business and Marketing.

Roxanna is from Houston area where she attended Dear Park High School. She is very motivated and kind hearted. She is accepting massage appointments now!! Please call for more information.

Heather Salmeron, Billing Specialist

Heather is the first and last smiling face you will see walking into Bercutt PT. She is here to answer all of your scheduling and insurance needs.

Heather has two beautiful daughters and loves taking them with her to new and exciting places around the city of Houston. Heather also has a passion for animals and spends her spare time fostering dogs.

Gina Roberts, Office Coordinator

Gina is born and raised Houstonian.  She has two accomplished children, one of which is studying to be a physical therapist.  Gina is responsible for new patient intake and scheduling.
