Our Contract with United Healthcare ended October 4, 2022.  UHC reimbursement rates were too low to offer one on one treatments.  Most insurances offer out of network benefits.  Please call our office and our concierge billing specialist will let you know your particular benefit.  

 

Prior to your first visit, your insurance will be verified by our Billing Specialist. We will let you know the expected cost for each session.  Ultimately it is your responsibility to know your insurance policy benefits.

We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover cards as well as cash and checks.  We use a HIPAA approved payment system called IVY pay. We also honor Care Credit.   Fees will be collected at the time of service.

Self Pay and Out-of-Network Options

​

We welcome patients who do not have In-Network benefits. We honor Out-of-Network benefits and have an affordable Self Pay rate. Please call the office for rates.
