Pam Bercutt PT, DPT, CLT, Cert. DN
Owner
Dr. Bercutt is a proud mother of two wonderful boys and has lived in the West University and Bellaire area for over 30 years. She received her Masters in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 1995 and her Doctorate in 2010. Pam is passionate about helping people achieve their best health and lifestyle potential! She has helped hundreds of women achieve pain-free pregnancies and regain post postpartum health. She loves helping young athletes return to play, stronger and faster. She has helped our aging folks get on with life of play with their partners, children and grandchildren. Pam has proven therapies to get you out of your pain and back to your life!
Opening this clinic is a collaborative effort and would not have happened without the love and support of her family, friends, colleagues, and mentors.
Jessica Cisneros PTA, BBA, CLT
Clinical Director
Jessica was born and raised in north Houston and has always had a passion for helping people. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a marketing degree, she joined the Peace Corps as an education volunteer. While in Namibia, Africa, Jessica was introduced to physical therapy for the first time and found a new direction for her professional life. Upon returning to the states, she pursued a degree to be a Physical Therapist Assistant. When she is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two young children. She is excited to be working with people to achieve their goals in order to maintain and sustain a healthy and productive lifestyle.
Her specialties include lymphatic drainage, pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum, and dry needling.
Haygan Checkovsky, PTA, BA
Billing Supervisor
Ortho/Pelvic Specialist
Haygan moved to Houston twelve years ago. After a ten year career in the corporate world she decided to return to school to follow her passion of helping people. Haygan pursued a degree to become a Physical Therapy Assistant. She loves to work with oncological (post breast cancer lymphedema and post prostatectomies) and pelvic health disorders along with orthopedic and sports related injuries. Haygan holds a BA in English and Literature, with a minor in Linguistics. She is trilingual in Armenian, Arabic and English. In addition to helping her patients, she is the billing supervisor and is responsible for assisting patients with all insurances and billing needs. When not working, Haygan enjoys spending time with her two dogs, loves hiking, kayaking and leading her book club. Haygan is a compassionate therapist who enjoys helping her patients achieve their goals of recovery and life long health.
Sierra Jackson, PT, DPT

Sierra Jackson, PT, DPT is a native Houstonian with a passion for helping patients get back to what they love most. Sierra graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with her degree in Biology and Psychology. While attending Notre Dame, Sierra spent a semester in Western Australia where she was able to take several courses in bioenergetics and advanced physiology – further confirming her love of studying the intricacies of the human body. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Duke University, where she participated in several supplemental learning opportunities involving neurological and vestibular patient populations. Sierra has extensive clinical experience working with complex patient populations, including time in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient neuro settings. Her true passion lies in treating patients with vestibular dysfunction due to the dramatic, life-changing improvements that patients are able to experience with the help of vestibular PT. In her free time, Sierra loves to spend time with her friends, family, husband, and 3-year old Doberman named Duke.
Anali Alanis, PTA, CPI
OrthoPelvic Specialist
Anali Alanis, PTA is originally from Brazil where she graduated from a physical therapy program and received her Physical Therapy credentials. She has worked in the field of physical therapy, specializing in Pilates™ and core strengthening, for over a decade. To practice in the United States, she took English courses and received her Physical Therapy Assistant license. Anali is fluent in Portuguese with a working knowledge of Italian and Spanish.

As a Certified Pilates Instructor, Anali offers after hours one-on-one Pilates instruction on the reformer and mat/magic circle work.
Allison Teheng, PT, MSPT, CLMDT
Vestibular Specialist
Allison is a native Houstonian who graduated from the University of Richmond in 1995. She attended the Medical College of Georgia and graduated with a Master's in Physical Therapy in 2000. Allison returned to Houston and worked in acute care and long-term acute care hospitals with a focus on treating patients with medically complex and neurological diagnoses. While raising her three children with her husband, Allison transitioned to working in the home healthcare environment treating patients both in their homes and in the community. She joined Bercutt Physical Therapy to continue her interests in working with people with neurological and vestibular diagnoses. Allison values the ability to see patients on a one-on-one basis and truly enjoys the opportunity to help each person attain their goals. She speaks Spanish, is a foodie who hates to cook, and enjoys working out, doing yoga, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Shea Duckworth, PT, DPT
OrthoPelvic Specialist
Dr. Duckworth is a recent newcomer to Houston from New Orleans. She attended the University of Georgia for her Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sport Science and later went to Mercer University for her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She enjoys working with patients both beginning their fitness journey and returning after an injury!
She loves boxing, hiking, and traveling with her friends! Shea is looking forward to exploring the parks, restaurants, and fun coffee shops here in Houston!
Elizabeth Ford, PT, DPT
Vestibular/Ortho Specialist

Elizabeth is a Galveston native who started her career in Denver, Colorado and has returned to the Lone Star State. She received a B.S. from Texas A&M University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch. Elizabeth has received certifications in Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation and Advanced Vestibular Certification through the American Institute of Balance. She has an extensive background in treating patients for symptoms such as vertigo, blurred vision, and balance deficits following head trauma as well as orthopedic rehab including post surgical and athletic injuries.
Outside of the clinic, Elizabeth enjoys being outdoors with her husband and son, reading, yoga, and finding her next highest hike
Sydney Mikulas, PT, DPT
Pelvic Specialist

Sydney is a compassionate therapist with a calming presence. She received her DPT degree from the University of Colorado and has since specialized in orthopedic and pelvic physical therapy. She utilizes an integrative approach that considers the whole person with certifications in lifestyle medicine, yoga as medicine, and dry needling. She's passionate about listening to your needs and finding the right balance to fit your body.
Sydney is new to the Houston area and has two young children and a black lab to keep up with outside of work.
Gina Roberts
Front Desk Manager
Gina is born and raised Houstonian. Gina attended Bellaire High School and received a Bachelor of Science in Advertising. She has two accomplished children, one of which is studying to be a physical therapist. As the Front Desk Manager, Gina is responsible for new patient intake and scheduling and verifying benefits for patients.
Veronica Zisman
Front Desk Coordinator
Veronica has lived in the Bellaire area for over 35 years. She is a proud Bellaire High School and University of Texas alum. Veronica also received her masters degree in Social Work from New York University. She worked in several Houston area hospitals over the course of her career as a Social Worker. After her third child was born, she decided to stay home to spend more time with her children. Now that her kids have flown and grown, she spends most afternoons greeting patients, verifying benefits and helping therapists with scheduling patients. Veronica has the self appointed role of providing chocolate to all.
