Hello Spring 2024! Hopefully we can enjoy the blooming flowers and good weather!
In this edition of the BFit, we cover some disappointing changes in healthcare reimbursement for providers. Many healthcare providers are getting out-of-network with health insurance due to reimbursement issues. As consumers, we believe patients should know why this is happening. Our hope is to stay in network for as long as possible as it allows us to help more people. However, cuts in reimbursements along with with rising costs to simply run the clinic is making it increasingly difficult to do so. Hopefully, the trend in reducing reimbursements will cease.
Additionally we share some thoughts about popular weight loss drugs and some simple full body exercises to maintain strength for everyone.
