While we do accept Medicare and private insurance, we also provide a flat rate for cash pay patients.

For the evaluations, it is $220, for a 1 hour, 1 on 1 session with one of our doctors. For every follow up appointment, the cash pay rate is $180 per session. Again, we only offer 1 hour, 1 on 1 appointment spots.

We have a strict 24 hour late cancelation policy. What this means is, if you are to cancel after the 24 hour mark, of your upcoming appointment, there is a $50 charge that you will be responsible for paying. The reason we do this is because, we only offer 1 hour, 1 on 1 appointment spots. If you cancel after the 24 hour mark, it is difficult for us to fill the space.
